Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has appointed Ali Hasanov as his aide for socio-political affairs, Trend reports.
Ali Hasanov was born in Tamanam (Sharur District, Nakhchivan) on March 10, 1960. He was the head of the Yeni Azerbaijan Party ideological office in 1994-1995, deputy head of the socio-political section of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration in 1995-1996. Hasanov was heading the section in 1996-2005. The section was renamed in 2005.
