Foreign ministers of Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany will meet in Paris on February 24, said Spokesman of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Yevgeniy Perebiynis, RIA Novosti reports.
Perebiynis clarified that the ministers will discuss realization of the Minsk Agreements, ceasefire, withdrawal of forces. According to the official, shelling continues and the forces stay near the contact line.
