President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by European Union Special Representative for Human Rights Stavros Lambrinidis.
The parties expressed satisfaction with the development of relations between Azerbaijan and the EU, and stressed the importance of expanding these ties in various areas.
The sides exchanged views on issues related to the current state and prospects of cooperation in the spheres of the economy, energy, transport, human rights and democracy, Trend reports.
