Russia to present new Military Doctrine in Vienna, New York, Geneva

Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov said that Russia will present a new Military Doctrine at the OSCE forum in Vienna, the Disarmament Conference in Geneva and in New York. Foreign military attaches in Moscow will get copies of the document. According to the Doctrine, development of strategic nuclear forces will be a priority of the Russian Armed Forces next year, Gazeta.ru reports.
