The tests in relations between Russia and the European Union have been created in an artificial way, Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov said today.
"The relations are undergoing serious tests, created artificially," he said at a meeting with the president of the French Senate, Gerard Larcher.
"This does not contribute to foreign policy cooperation, while the number of threats has not decreased," TASS cited him as saying.
