"A decree is changing the capacity of the stadiums to be built for the championship in Kaliningrad and Yekaterinburg, the number of seats has been reduced from 45 to 35 thousand.
These changes have been agreed with the Russian Sports Ministry, as well as with the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA)," TASS cited the document.
The program also included the construction and reconstruction of 48 sites for training. FIFA agreed on a list of 37 such training sites. The training site in Nizhny Novgorod is being replaced by the site in Rostov-on-Don.
