The governor of Krasnodar Territory, Alexander Tkachyov, has described Moody’s lowering of the rating of the region as a political phenomenon. Moody’s has lowered the rating of 11 Russian regions, four cities and three emitters today. The rating of Krasnodar Territory went down from Ba3 to Ba1, the city of Krasnodar from Ba3 to B1, RIA Novosti reports.
Tkachyov said that no one cared to study the economic situation when making the ratings. He denied that there is an outflow of capital from the region.
