The self-proclaimed Luhansk people’s republic (LPR) has withdrawn almost 80% of heavy weaponry in line with the Minsk agreements, the head of LPR Igor Plotnitsky said.
"The weaponry withdrawal is 80% complete, and the OSCE has confirmed this. But Kiev troops have withdrawn only 15%-20% of military hardware," TASS cited him.
"They are not fulfilling the Minsk agreements," Plotnitsky stressed.The self-proclaimed Donetsk people’s republic (DPR) has also started withdrawal of heavy weaponry.
