Commander of NATO Forces in Europe Philip Breedlove said that annexation of Crimea allowed Russia to set long-range air defenses threatening NATO ships in the Black Sea, RIA Novosti reports.
Breedlove noted that Russian aircraft were flying over U.S. ships in the Black Sea.
