The UN Security Council will hold regular meetings on the subject of the implementation of the Minsk Agreements, the British Permanent Representative to the Organization, Mark Lyall Grant, said after a closed meeting with representatives of the OSCE Ertuğrul Apakan and Heidi Tagliavini.
The diplomat recalled that on February 16, on the initiative of Russia, the UN Security Council unanimously passed a resolution in support of the full response to the Minsk Agreements.
"It is very important that the Security Council tracks events. So of course we will meet regularly to discuss the implementation of the Minsk agreements, because it is the duty of the Board after it endorsed the agreements reached," Tass quoted him as saying.
