Kazakhstan has invited the Bureau for Democracy and Human Rights (BDHR) and the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly to monitor the upcoming early presidential elections on April 26.
"The Kazakh Foreign Ministry has invited the Bureau of Democracy and Human Rights and the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly to form their observation missions and has already begun consultations with these organizations on this issue," TASS quoted the message of the Kazakh foreign ministry's press service.
