Netanyahu's speech to Congress will not affect negotiations on Iran's nuclear dossier

The speech by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to the US Congress should not complicate negotiations on the Iranian nuclear program, spokesman for the White House Josh Earnest said.

"The international community is united as we continue to pursue a diplomatic resolution to the international community's concerns about Iran's nuclear program," he said.

According to Earnest, President Barack Obama "has made clear that our foreign policy goal is to ensure that Iran does not obtain or acquire a nuclear weapon."

"That is our goal. It is my understanding that that is a goal shared by the Israeli political leadership as well," TASS cited the spokesman of the White House.
