The parliament of Kabardino-Balkaria has approved Alexander Merkulov as premier.
58 out of 72 deputies voted for Merkulov, Interfax reports.
Merkulov, who will take up the post for the second time, said that
priorities of his policy are agricultural industry, high-tech
production, tourism. He noted that new investors are arriving in the
republic.
