Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said that Tehran will not give in to excessive demands by Washington in the nuclear negotiations.
"Iran will never give in to the excessive and unreasonable demands put forward by the opposite side of the negotiation process on the Iranian nuclear program," IRNA news agency cited him as saying.
Zarif's speech was a response to the announcement by President Barack Obama that Iran must agree to freeze its nuclear activities for a 10-year period, TASS reports.
"The talks are the only way to resolve the nuclear problem," the Fars agency cited the Iranian Foreign Minister.
