Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that the economic reforms in Ukraine were derisory.
Putin noted the active measures of Lukashenko to assist in settling the problem. He thanked the Belarusian leader for hosting the recent talks in the Normandy Format.
