Early mayoral election to take place in Pyatigorsk.

Early mayoral elections in Pyatigorsk, the capital of the newly formed
North Caucasian Federal District, will take place this Sunday, a city
administration representative told RIA Novosti.

According to the city administration there are three main candidates
for the post of the mayor: Lev Trevnev, the ex-mayor of Pyatigorsk,
Alexander Bratkov, a member of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia
(LDPR) and Mikhail Kachura, an entrepreneur.
