EU rules out settlement of Ukrainian conflict by force

EU Chief Diplomat Federica Mogherini said after a meeting with Finnish Prime Minister Alexander Stubb that the conflict in Ukraine could not be resolve by war. The diplomat called military measures an inefficient and counterproductive method of resolving conflicts, RIA Novosti reports.
