NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said at a press conference in Helsinki that the fragile truce in Donbas was generally complied with. He accused Russia of arming the rebels and providing them with over a thousand heavy vehicles, RIA Novosti reports.
Stoltenberg noted that the NATO had supported EU and U.S. economic sanctions against Russia.
