Ualikhan Kaysarov, the president of the Kenesary-Khan Foundation, will run for president of Kazakhstan on April 26. He has filed the bid for presidency today, RIA Novosti reports.Kaysarov tried running for president in 2005 and 2011. In the first case, he had problems filing signature lists.
