Kadyrov named second most influential regional leader of Russia in February

 

Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has been ranked second in the list of the top influential regional leaders of Russia in February. The ranking was composed by the Agency of Political and Economic Communications. He was put on the “very high influence” section (other sections are “high influence” and “medium influence”), the Chechen government reports.The list is topped by Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin. The third position belongs to Governor of the Moscow Oblast Andrey Vorobyov.The February ranking takes opinions of 25 experts into account. They include politologists and media officials.
