Today an Iranian parliamentary delegation travelled to London to discuss bilateral relations with members of the British Parliament. The visit is taking place at the invitation of the head of the UK-Iranian Parliamentary Friendship Group,h Jack Straw, Tasnim reports.
The delegation had originally planned to visit London in November 2014, but the visit was cancelled after a speech by Prime Minister David Cameron at the UN General Assembly, which Iranian officials deemed anti-Iranian, Trend reports.
The delegation plans to hold talks with UK parliamentarians on bilateral relations and solving some of the problems affecting mutual relations.
