The possibility of signing a comprehensive agreement on the Iranian nuclear program between Tehran and the "Six" international mediators is quite high, according to Iranian media, quoting Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.
"The probability of an agreement is still estimated at more than 50%, and both sides believe that success and reaching an agreement is much better and will be a lot more useful, than the failure of the negotiations," Interfax reports.
Zarif expressed satisfaction with the way the negotiations are going, as well as the fact that both sides are willing to sign an agreement, while at the same time stressing: "The agreement is not reached until agreements are reached on all issues."
Zarif also noted that there are currently no legal or technical barriers to the West lifting the sanctions against Iran. According to him, for the removal of restrictive measures, the "political will" of the West is necessary.
