U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said at the Senate today that the growing influence of Iran in the Middle East was becoming a matter of concern to Washington. He warned that diplomatic means were not the only way to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons, RIA Novosti reports.
Concerning the U.S. operation against Islamic State and relations with Iran, Kerry ruled out any association between Washington’s actions and negotiations on the nuclear program.
