The Russian Communist Party does not recognize the results of regional elections in Krasnodar, Chapayevsk (Samara Region) and Tuva and will file an appeal at the European Court, party head Gennady Zyuganov told journalists, RIA Novosti reports.
Zyuganov said that there were many violations.
The deputy chairman of the party’s Central Committee, Ivan Melnikov, said that the elections in Tuva started “ahead of the election day”.
