In Russia a monitoring group on children's rights in Ukraine has been established. The group was created on the initiative of a member of the Presidential Council for Civil Society Institutions and Human Rights Yana Lantratova.
Its purpose is to convey to the international community the truth about the events in the Donbas and attract international organizations to address the problems of children in the conflict zone.
According to Lantratova, the group intends to work with the European Court of Human Rights.
Letters on the offer of cooperation were also sent to the Ukrainian side.
