Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Gennady Galilov said that Russia does not believe that Ukraine needs peacekeepers.
According to Galilov, the Russian Foreign Ministry does not see the expediency of sending any troops to Ukraine at this stage, as in the Minsk Agreements the OSCE are indicated as observers.
Earlier, the head of the Ukrainian state, Petro Poroshenko, said that the OSCE is not able to fully carry out its mission in the Donbas.
