The European Union has extended sanctions against individuals and legal entities in Russia and Ukraine until September 15, 2015. This is stated in the Official Journal of the Union.
From the list was excluded vice-speaker of the State Duma Lyudmila Shvetsova, who died on October 28, 2014, informs Gazeta.ru.
Earlier, the EU expanded sanctions against Russia regarding the situation in Ukraine. The new list includes 19 individuals and nine entities.
