White House warns Congress to stand downThe Obama Administration has once again warned Congress to stop interfering into US negotiations with Iran over its nuclear program, the Guardian reports. White House chief of staff Denis McDonough sent a letter to the foreign relations committee chairman of the U.S. Senate, Bob Corker stating that pending legislation in Congress will have a "profoundly negative impact" on the U.S. - Iranian negotiations. Corker and the Senate insist to grant Congress the right to consider and vote on any agreement reached with Iran regarding its nuclear program.
