Russian Foreign Ministry: Russia and Donbass are not violating Minsk Agreement

Russia, as well as the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR, is strictly implementing the Minsk Agreement, and if there are violations they are on Ukraine's conscience, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexei Meshkov said on Monday.

"A considerably large group of EU countries are turning the attention of their zealous partners to the fact that the process of fulfilling the Minsk agreements is continuing and that if anyone is breaching it, then it's Kiev and not the Luhansk and Donetsk People's republics, or Russia," TASS cited Meshkov.
