Russian President Vladimir Putin has started negotiations with Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev in the Konstantinovsky Palace, Interfax reports.
The two leaders will discuss key issues in strengthening bilateral cooperation in the areas of trade, investment, culture, and humanitarian issues, as well as energy.
In addition, an extensive exchange of views on cooperation in the context of the accession of Kyrgyzstan to the Eurasian Economic Union is planned, the Kremlin press service reports
