NATO-Georgia Training Center to open in fall

A NATO-Georgia joint training center will open in Tbilisi by the end of this fall, Deputy Minister of Defence Levan Girsiashvili said today.

"We are already planning to create a center by the fall, this process requires a certain period," News-Georgia cited Girsiashvili.

The Deputy Minister said the facility "poses no threat, as the center is not a military base."
