U.S. and Georgia to hold joint drills in May

The Commander of the Allied Land Command in Europe, Lieutenant-General Frederick “Ben’ Hodges, said that the U.S. and Georgia will hold joint drills in Georgia in May this year. The Atlantic Resolve Operation covers the Baltic states and Poland, it will expand to Bulgaria and Romania on March 24, TASS reports.

An air assault company and a motorized infantry company will take part in drills in Georgia.
