The State Council of Crimea and the Duma of Stavropol Territory have signed an agreement on cooperation. The document was signed in Simferopol yesterday.
From the Crimean side it was signed by the chairman of the state council of Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov, from the Duma of Stavropol by its chairman Yuri Bely.
He noted that Stavropol Territory supports the historic choice of Crimeans to join with Russia. The region is willing to provide technical assistance in the preparation of laws and reforms of local government, as well as promote the development of agriculture, in particular sheep and dairy farming.
"This agreement is the beginning of a long journey, the first phase of our joint work in the cultural, educational and investment fields. We are grateful that our guests have arrived for the most important holiday - the anniversary of the Crimean Spring," Yuga.ru cited Konstantinov.
