US State Department spokesperson Jen Psaki said that the talks of the 5+1 international negotiators plus Iran over Iran's nuclear program in Switzerland are difficult, but constructive.
"There are technical issues that will continue to be discussed. There are also difficult political decisions that will need to be made by the Iranians," she said.
"The discussions thus far have been solid, substantive and difficult, but constructive. We expect that this will remain in the future," the representative of the State Department said.
According to Psaki, the United States hopes it will be possible to reach a political framework agreement before the end of March. The deadline for reaching an agreement is June 30.
