The working visit of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the Turkish city of Kars has ended.
At Kars international airport President Aliyev was seen off by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
During a meeting the heads of state expressed satisfaction with the successful development of strategic partnership, and friendly and fraternal relations between the two countries in all fields.
The sides stressed the importance of the groundbreaking of the TANAP project in Turkey. The role of high level meetings in expanding relations was also emphasized.
The sides exchanged views on bilateral relations and issues of mutual interest, Trend reports.
