US is concerned about the rhetoric of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, White House spokesman Josh Ernest said.
"The United States and this administration is deeply concerned about rhetoric that seeks to marginalize Arab-Israeli citizens. It undermines the values and democratic ideals that have been important to our democracy and an important part of what binds the United States and Israel together," RIA Novosti cited him.
According to Ernest, Washington intends to convey this opinion to Tel Aviv. In particular, in the coming days President Barack Obama will telephone Netanyahu, but the spokesman did not say whether the conversation would be on this issue.
He also said that the United States intends to continue to follow the policy held for more than 20 years on the settlement of the Middle East conflict. "The goal of resolving the conflict between Israel and Palestine is the creation of two countries," the representative of the White House said.
