Azerbaijani President signs a decree pardoning 101 people

The Azerbaijani Justice Ministry's penitentiary service has started implementing an order on pardons signed by President Ilham Aliyev.

Under the decree, 90 people sentenced to imprisonment have been freed from serving the remainder of their prison terms, 4 people were freed from the remainder of their correctional labor and 7 people were freed from penalties in the form of fines, Trend reports.
