Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Galust Saakyan has decided to let toex-head of the Prosperous Armenia Party, Gagik Tsarukyan, keep his seat in parliament. Saakyan clarified that Tsarukyan had explained that his absence from the parliament had been excusable, Armenpress reports.
