The US military has flown 2,320 air strikes against Islamic State militants since August 2014 at a cost of $1.83 billion, Gazeta.ru cited the Pentagon.
In addition, the Pentagon reported that during special operations several thousand objects, including tanks, cars and buildings have been destroyed.
More than 60 countries are in the coalition against Islamic State.
