Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov sees no reason why the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov should travel to Lausanne for talks on the Iran's nuclear program.
"The arrival of European ministers for talks on Iran's nuclear program in Lausanne does not mean undertaking a full ministerial meeting and reaching an agreement," TASS cited him.
The diplomat also expressed the opinion that we should not expect a speedy conclusion of the negotiations, because the parties have no draft document.
