U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has expressed condolences to Iranian President Hassan Rouhani over the death of his mother on the eve of Nowruz, RIA Novosti reports.
U.S. President Barack Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry had earlier congratulated Iran on Nowruz and expressed hope that the nuclear dispute would be settled.
