Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on the allocation in 2015 of 7 billion rubles to the regions for the construction of various sports facilities.
The document specifies that the funds will be sent to 58 subjects of the federation for the construction of 101 objects of state (municipal) property. Their commissioning is planned before the end of 2015, Tass reports.
By another decree, the government has allocated 515 million rubles of subsidies to 46 regions for co-financing the acquisition of artificial turf for the football pitches of sports schools.
These funds were planned in the federal budget for 2015.
