Obama: Iran has not made necessary concessions to close nuclear file

US President Barack Obama said that Iran has not made the necessary concessions to conclude an agreement on its nuclear program.

"Frankly speaking, they have not made the concessions, which, in my opinion, are necessary for a final agreement. But they have taken steps, and therefore the possibility of reaching an agreement is saved," TASS quoted him.

In his opinion, it is too early to say that the parties have reached any prior agreement. "We still have to do some work. The talks were suspended for a week due to the Nowruz holiday celebrations in Iran. This allows the parties once again to check their positions. The talks will be resumed next week. We aim to resolve this issue in the next few weeks, not months," Obama said.
