Donetsk envoy says peace process would stop without EU and Russia

Denis Pushilin, an envoy of the Donetsk Oblast in the contact group, said that the peace process in Donbas would be at an utter gridlock without assistance of the EU and Russia. He accused Ukraine of violating the complex of peace measures, including withdrawal of heavy weapons from the contact line, monitoring of the ceasefire, negotiations and determination of districts with special political and economic status, TASS reports.
