The Investigation Committee of Ingushetia has found over 160 kg of explosives in a forest in the Nazran region of Ingushetia, while investigating the terrorist attack on the central market of Vladikavkaz, Interfax reports, citing the official spokesman of the Investigation Committee, Vladimir Markin.
Vestnik Kavkaza reported earlier that the explosion, in which 19 people were killed, was organized by Isa Khashagulkov, a local from Karabulak, according to the Federal Security Service. Doku Umarov is considered his ally and the leader of the Ingush terrorists. Three other suspects were detained and another two were killed during the arrest.
