Russian President Vladimir Putin has no plans to celebrate the 15th anniversary of his first victory in the presidential elections, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.


Peskov could not answer a question about the practice of congratulating Putin on this occasion. "I do not know about these traditions,"  TASS cited him as saying.The early presidential elections in Russia were held on March 26, 2000. Putin won in the first round with 52.94% of the votes cast.
