The international expert round table "Kazakhstan during the XXI century: a Strategy for Success" is hosted by the IIA Russia Today on March 27.
The Director of the Analytical Center of the Institute of International Studies, Andrey Kazantsev, who is participating in the forum, believes that the multi-vector foreign policy of Kazakhstan is unique.
According to him, "it is formulated with the principle: don't make enemies."
In this regard, the upcoming presidential elections in Kazakhstan will be favorably and positively perceived by all external actors, he said
