In Crimea all ineffective officials and heads of various departments will be dismissed. This was announced by the head of the republic, Sergei Aksenov.
"Anyone who cannot effectively perform his duties will not work. If he cannot cope, then with all due respect, even if he is a good man, he is not a professional. We need effective managers," Kryminform quotes him as saying.
"The times require of officials such criteria as efficiency and consistency," he added.
