Russia agrees to form joint operational groups with CIS countries

 

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed the international agreement on formation of joint investigative and operational groups with CIS countries, RIA Novosti reports.The document was developed by the Russian Interior Ministry, approved by law enforcers and surveillance structures, for joint investigations into trans-border crimes. The agreement will make joint investigations easier. It stipulates operative exchange of information, joint investigations, forensic studies and other procedures.
