IAEA to gain access to Iran's nuclear facilities for 20 years

US Secretary of State John Kerry said that Iran will rebuild a heavy water research reactor in Arak, which will not produce weapons grade plutonium.

He noted that the agreement with Iran will increase the time it would take for Iran to produce enough fissile material for a nuclear weapon to at least a year.

The secretary said the P5+1 group of international mediators plus Iran agreed on key criteria to achieve a good agreement in June, TASS reports.

Kerry also drew attention to the fact that the IAEA inspectors will have continuous surveillance at Iran's nuclear facilities for the next 20 years.
